Trip To Taj Mahal: Exploring The Beauty and Rich Cultural Heritage

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

A trip to Taj Mahal, a historical site is extremely educational. We are both educated and entertained by it.

Hi! Neena is my name. I enjoy going to historic locations. I visited Agra last year to see the Taj Mahal. It was an educational visit from our school. We had a strength of 20 people. We all were very excited.

Especially my best friend, Taniya! She is fond of historical places and cultural heritages. Early in the morning, we got up and assembled in the school, and later, we left to see the Taj Mahal. I had heard a lot about the Taj Mahal’s beauty. However, the facts outweighed the descriptions that had been provided to me.

It is an example of Mughal art and a marvel in marble. Shah Jahan dedicated the Taj Mahal to Mumtaz Mahal, his beloved wife, in her loving memory.

The monument was worked around quite a while back. It is situated on the Yamuna River’s right bank. The red stone gateway has a stunning appearance. The nursery is wonderful. The tall dull cypress trees, smooth green yards, and beds of blossoms are satisfying to the eyes. There are intermittent fountains.

White marble is used to construct the main building. It is elevated on a platform. At its four corners, there are four dignified towers.

Emperor Shah Jahan and his beloved Mumtaz Mahal are buried side by side inside the tomb. We learn about the skill of the artists and craftspeople of that time from this monument.

We had an amazing time at the Taj Mahal when we went there. My friends and I went to the location, had lunch, and then played badminton in a small park beside it.

We returned to our campus by 4 pm. It was entertaining as well as instructive.
