Since then, his love for the army has been endless. Every day, he used to go to school and listen to various stories of the Indian army from his teacher in his free periods. Being in an army school, he had excellent knowledge of the army and massive respect for them. So he always wanted to visit border places to have a look at the main senior army camps. Since then, he has pleaded with his parents to take him to any place to visit where he will get army camps. After so many requests, his parents finally planned a trip to Kashmir. His first question was, “Will they allow me to enter the army camp there?” His father answered, “Maybe no, but you will be able to see army people and their cars. He got excited and waited eagerly for the day when they would leave for their destination. Pingu got ready to leave on that particular day as soon as possible. They left for the airport and got on the flight according to their time. They had a peaceful journey and finally reached Kashmir. Pingu got over-excited. They were a total number of 6 people together. Pingu’s aunt, brother, and uncle went with them. On the second day of their trip, he went to look for the army camp. For the first time, he looked at a real army camp that had duty on the border side. He was blank and kept gazing at them. Finally, he went up to one of the commanding soldiers to talk with him. The officer was very glad to see a small boy having so much knowledge about them. He bid him goodbye after their conversation as they were about to leave for their hotel. The officer gave him two packets of chocolates. Pingu was happy and felt blessed to meet them. The next day they went for another sight-seeing destination. Pingu saw a furry rabbit at that place and he went behind it without letting his guardians know about it. He just saw it and ran behind it to grab him as he was an animal lover too. But while running behind it, he went into a dark deep forest and lost his way. On realizing this, he started weeping in the woods. Hearing his weeping, a group of 4-5 people came and kidnapped him. He was locked up in a dark room. On the other hand, his parents again went to that army camp to call for help. The officers enquired about everything and started inquiries in the local areas. Meanwhile, another troop of soldiers went into that dark forest to find him. They shouted and called their name, but there was no response. Pingu’s mother broke down and wept the whole day as Pingu was their only son. The next day in the morning, when the Indian soldiers got up to the hilltop in the bright sun daylight. They suddenly found Pingu’s cap lying down between the woods. They made sure that Pingu was there between the hills. They again cried out his name and suddenly saw a small hut where dimmed lights were shining. It caught their eye and they entered the hut with well prepared guns. They fought with the kidnappers and rescued Pingu. Pingu was so happy to see the army soldiers again, and as they have come to rescue him. He hugged them tight and thanked them. In the evening, they got down the hill, and Pingu was taken to his parents. All of the family members expressed their gratitude to army soldiers. Also, soldiers thanked them in return as they were able to catch the five men who were not Indians. The army was in search of them for six days. Fortunately, Pingu got lost and kidnapped by them because of which the army could also catch them before they again fled to a new den.
