She always did top in her results and was never afraid of any struggle or competition. She readily prepared herself for every single competition. And through her practice, she overcomes everything. She loved to participate in every competition. But she was always being teased for her fatness. Diya was a chubby girl. She was 72kgs, so sometimes she faced terrible comments from her college friends regarding her figure. Despite these, she never took them seriously. One day, she heard about a dance competition. Diya was excited about it. She never tried dancing or appeared on a really big stage to show her steps. So, this time, she wants to participate and win the competition. She shared everything that happened and was so disheartened. Diya’s mother was a brave lady. She encouraged her daughter to start doing yoga and exercise regularly. She also offered that she would prepare all healthy diets according to her yoga routine. Diya, at first, didn’t want to believe that starting yoga and exercises would help her to lose weight and gain a proper one. The next day, she started practicing yoga early in the morning and went to her college. As she expected, everyone made fun of her and humiliated her for her chubbiness. She didn’t utter a word. She just kept doing yoga and waited patiently for the final results. After completing a whole 1 month of yoga and exercise along with a healthy diet, Diya attained a weight of 63 kgs which was quite appreciable. Diya was really happy with her results.
