Soldier and The Trench

A horseback rider observed an exhausted group of soldiers digging a trench. Their section leader, who was shouting instructions, was on the side.

The passerby inquired about the leader’s inability to assist his team. Just now, the leader stated that he is in charge and instructs his followers.

The man chose to contribute and assist the troopers with digging until the channel was done. He then walked up to the commander and told him that the next time their rank prevented them from supporting his troops, he should tell the top command, and he would provide a permanent solution.

The segment chief then, at that point, understood that the individual he was conversing with was, as a matter of fact, the verifiable figure, General Washington.

Moral of Soldier and The Trench Story

The best chiefs are anxious to help and give help to their adherents. With regards to work, this could mean contacting their representatives to check in and accomplish genuine work.
