October 1, 2023October 1, 2023 Two Brothers and The Aqueducts A king once instructed his two sons to construct two massive aqueducts to provide water to his country’s estates, which were severely dehydrated due to a severe drought. The primary child removes a portion of his dad’s wealth and part of the military. He went north with them, where he told the people of those areas to work hard on the aqueduct. He carefully managed the work, paid the villagers fairly, and completed the project within the allotted two years. He returned to the palace, proud of his work, only to find it crowded with celebrations for his brother’s upcoming throne. He was informed that his brother had constructed his aqueduct in the south in less than a year and with hardly any soldiers or money. The first brother started looking into the southern aqueduct because it seemed so strange to him what he saw as added up to in excess of a couple of anomalies. He went back to the palace and told his father to stay away from this insane idea of making his brother king. “Why do you say that? Is there anything I ought to know?” inquired the King. You are aware of how much I adore my brother; however, he must have gone insane. He has tarnished our excellent reputation. He built his aqueduct without following the blueprints. He built so many outlets that only a small portion of the water reached the royal estates. He defied the state leader before the locals, and he left without paying any of the specialists. Even as laborers, he used your soldiers. Who also knows? The King’s response was, “Maybe that’s just the beginning,” as he regarded his son with affection. “My child, what you say is valid. Your brother took the initiative to make improvements to the aqueduct and the insight to propose something that would work for everybody. As a result, he persuaded the locals to work quickly and unpaid. He dared to defy the top state leader to shield equity and the magnetism to set his fighters to work a bigger number of hours than the locals. He was so committed to the project that he was the one who put in the most effort, disregarding his Princely status. What’s the matter, my son? Because of this, everyone adores your brother and would do anything for him. He is more than their Lord, and he is their chief”. The Prince thought as he left. He eventually realized that his father’s words were indeed pointing to his brother’s greatness. He immediately rushed over to his brother to express his joy.
