The Best Son Story

The best son story is about three neighbors who stayed in the same street at a village. As usual, the three women came to the well for taking water. They gathered together and started talking to each other praising their own sons.

The first woman said, “My son is the best Athlete. He is very strong.” The second woman so excitedly said, “My son is the most handsome boy. All the girls keep looking at him.” The last woman told in her way politely, “My son is a regular boy.”

After all this discussion, they started walking towards their homes carrying their heavy buckets full of water. On the way, they saw their sons coming toward them. After seeing them, “Look! what a strong boy I have,” said the first woman showing at his son. The second woman said, “Look at my son. How handsome he is!”

The third woman’s son approached her and took the buckets in his hands and went together with his mother. By seeing this, the other woman thought, “The best son is not the one who is strong or handsome but is the one who helps his mother.”
